TeamSpace is a remote team coaching system which allows managers and executive coaches to coach their teams online. It contains a 'Quick360' tool for team members to received instant, anonymous feedback from their colleagues and for the coach to understand and analyse the team dynamics. The 'Projections' tool allows the coach to gauge the teams views on any topic they wish to explore. Finally there is an in-built 'Conversations' tool to for the coach and the team to use to share learning and support team development.
