What is 360 Assessment?
360 Assessment is a way for individuals to receive feedback on their performance and behaviours at work. This multi-rater assessment collects data from managers, peers, direct reports. 360 assessments can be tailored to organisational cultures, competencies and values. The system guarantees anonymity and provides detailed profiles.

How does the 360 work?
To set up a 360 we will agree the relevant 360 scales with you. We then simply require the details of the participants completing the survey and their relationship to the individual that the 360 is about. We will email unique log in details to each of the participants and they can access the site and complete the questionnaire directly. Once all the participants have completed, a peronal profile is generated.
