The blackswan suite of products has evolved over time to incorporate solutions to and assessments of all kinds of business problems that blackswan have helped to resolve. Devised by a team specialists in organisational psychology, human resources and IT systems the products are cutting edge, user-friendly and highly effective tools to measure, assess and develop organisations, teams and individuals.

The team are always keen to take on a new challenge and so if you have a question or a problem that you would like to measure, they will be happy to design a brand new product to help you.

Current projects include a "Pick and Mix 360 System", building virtual relationships and measuring leadership capability.
